You may begin with 15 to 30 minutes workout such as skipping, walking or cycling. You must always keep in mind that doing something is much better than nothing at all.

You should also make sure that you get a fun exercise too. There are many fun exercises that you can go for like the martial arts, cycling, mud run, dancing as well as aerobics. Regardless of what you choose, ensure that you do it. You must also keep going constantly and challenge yourself.
